Store and products
ARKELI sells consumer products through its online store. We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings and supplier imagery may affect how colours, scale, or appearance are displayed.
Orders and pricing
Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated. Taxes and shipping charges, when applicable, are shown at checkout.
We may correct obvious pricing, description, or availability errors and may cancel or refund an affected order where permitted by law.
An order is not considered finally accepted until payment is successfully authorized and the order is accepted for fulfillment.
Payments
Payments are processed using the payment methods made available through Shopify and its payment partners.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping times, rates, return eligibility, and refund procedures are governed by ARKELI's Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customer accounts
If you create a customer account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity performed through your account.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, violate intellectual-property rights, or use the services for unlawful activity.
Intellectual property
ARKELI branding, site content, text, graphics, and other store materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-party services
The store relies on third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, and other technology providers.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ARKELI is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from delays or failures outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by applicable Canadian laws and consumer-protection requirements. Mandatory rights in your province or territory are not waived.
