Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses in Canada only.
How much is shipping?
Standard tracked shipping is C$12 for orders under C$75. Standard tracked shipping is free on orders of C$75 or more.
How long does delivery take?
Standard tracked shipping is estimated at approximately 5–13 business days. Processing time may vary before dispatch, and carrier or weather delays can occasionally affect delivery.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. When tracking is provided by the carrier or fulfillment partner, it will be sent to the email address used for your order after the shipment is processed.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. Once an order has entered fulfillment, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos or other reasonable information about the issue. We will review the order and provide an appropriate resolution.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. Eligible items may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds policy.
