ARKELI currently ships to addresses in Canada.
Standard tracked shipping
- Orders under C$75: C$12 standard tracked shipping
- Orders of C$75 or more: free standard tracked shipping
- Estimated delivery time: approximately 5–13 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Processing time, carrier delays, customs procedures, weather, holidays, remote-area delivery, and other circumstances outside ARKELI's control may affect arrival time.
Order processing and tracking
Orders are prepared for fulfillment before entering transit. When tracking is available, tracking details may be sent after the carrier has received and scanned the shipment. Tracking activity can take some time to appear after a shipment record is created.
Address accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact ARKELI through the Contact page as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has started.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
If tracking shows an unusual delay, non-delivery, or damage, contact us through the Contact page and we will review the available shipment information with the fulfillment provider or carrier.
